He has worked in the agricultural and plantation industries since 2017 and joined the Company in 2024. His experience has increased his knowledge of science, sales, marketing, and technology. With the help of great leadership, he is capable of directing the company's long-term growth and development.
Ir. Agus Susanto
Independent Commissioner
He started his career as a Mechanical Engineer at PT. Petrokimia Gresik in 1992 and later joined PT. Rekayasa Industri as a Mechanical Engineer in 1999-2000. Returning to PT. Petrokimia Gresik, he worked as Head of Service Procurement from 2005 to 2011, then as Head of Machine from 2011 to 2012. Furthermore, he worked as Head of Retail Sales for the Kalimantan Nusa Tenggara Region from 2012 to 2013, as well as Retail Sales Manager for the Outside Java and Bali Regions from 2013 to 2015. He worked as the Manager of Non-Fertilizer Product Sales and Services at PT. Petrokimia Gresik from 2015 to 2016, and as the Commissioner at PT. Petrokopindo Cipta Sejahtera from 2015 to 2018. His career progressed as Retail Sales Manager for the Java and Bali Regions from 2016 to 2018, and as General Manager of Retail Sales for Indonesia from 2018 to 2020 at PT. Petrokimia Gresik. He worked as Commissioner at PT. Gresik Cipta Selaras from 2018 to 2021. He was Senior Project Manager of Kartu Tani at PT. Pupuk Indonesia from October to December 2020, followed by Senior Vice President of PSO Sales for the West Region from January 2021 to February 2023. He then became Senior Vice President of PSO Sales for the East Region from March to August 2023. His job experience demonstrates a strong ability to lead teams and optimize sales successfully. It also demonstrates his commitment to taking on new challenges, leading the company's strategic objectives, and consistently working to improve his professional and strategic talents. His ability to adapt to changing market conditions and dynamics demonstrates his value to the corporate sector.
Harry Kurniawan
Commissioner
He has worked in securities and financial services since 1997. With over 25 years of experience in financial advisory and capital markets, he started working with PT Bapindo Bumi Sekuritas as a Senior Manager, Head of Research & Equity Sales. He has two certifications: Certified Wealth Manager (CWM) and Certified Audit Committee Practices (CACP). Licenses holder from Bapepam-LK now OJK in Underwriter/Investment Banking (WPEE), Investment Management/Fund Management (WMI), and Broker Dealer (WPPE).
